Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically shipped same day.
  • During high-volume periods, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

Local Delivery (Ottawa Only)

  • Eligibility: Available for select postal codes within a local radius of Ottawa.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 1–3 business days from the shipping date.
  • Shipping Cost: Free local delivery for qualifying orders—minimum order value may apply.

Please check your postal code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Canada Shipping

  • Delivered in 2–8 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

USA & International Shipping

    At this time, Iron Ministry is temporarily not offering shipping to the United States or international destinations due to ongoing tariff changes, customs complications, and rising carrier costs.

    We appreciate the continued support from our international community and hope to reopen worldwide shipping in the future.

    Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

    If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or if it is refused by the recipient:

    • It will be returned to Iron Ministry.
    • The customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, duties, and return shipping fees.
    • A refund will be issued minus these costs once the item is received back in our warehouse.

    Damaged or Opened Packages

    If your order arrives damaged or tampered with:

    1. Take clear photos of the package before opening.
    2. Contact the shipping courier immediately to file a claim.
    3. Notify our team at info@ironministry.ca with the tracking number and claim details.
